Manager Cloud and Infrastructure Services
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our IT Cloud and Infrastructure services. This key role in the IT leadership team will oversee the planning, implementation, and operation of our cloud and infrastructure services.
Together with the internal team and in collaboration with the external IT service providers, the role is accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of IT services and solution, which includes cloud, platforms, network, and workplace services.
The position holders' key objectives is to continuously improve service development, service delivery performance and customer experience in alignment with the company's technology strategy, the transformation roadmap as well as expected service quality and customer experience.
Your tasks
- Based on your broad expertise and experiences you develop and execute SRT's cloud and infrastructure strategy
- You lead a team of infrastructure and cloud professionals and foster a collaborative work environment internally and with external partners
- You manage together with the team the cloud-based platforms and infrastructure services and ensure ongoing DevOps services together with the external IT service providers
- Under direction of the enterprise architecture team you facilitate with the internal and external engineers technology decisions, solution and service designs
- You steer the solution development, testing and deployment process of external providers and coordinate with internal SIAM Manager service delivery and integration
- You steer and govern the service portfolio and vendor performance
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT science
- Proven experiences in leading teams and developing organizations and processes
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations in a highly outsourced multi provider environment
- Broad knowledge of IT technologies and solutions architectures in the area computing, storage, workplace, printing, archiving, etc.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in IT operations and IT service management, certificates in ITIL, SIAM or similar are desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Project management experience, with the ability to lead and drive initiatives related to SIAM implementation
