We are seeking a highly motivated Manager Group Strategy (all genders) to join our international strategy team in Frankfurt, Stockholm or Oslo. In this pivotal role, you will support the development of the group's 5-year business plan, corporate strategy, and related strategic initiatives across our operating countries. You will work closely with senior management and country leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects.


This position reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer of the group. While M&A activities are part of the wider strategy department, this role will primarily focus on business planning, strategic development, international growth initiatives and strategic communication.

What you can expect:

  • Support in the development and continuous refinement of the group's 5-year business plan and corporate strategy
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable country-level projects across Germany, Sweden, Norway, and the UK, with potential expansion into new markets
  • Drive strategic projects in collaboration with local management teams
  • Coordinate group-wide communication activities to ensure consistent strategic messaging
  • Support the preparation of board-level and investor presentations
  • Contribute to M&A-related strategy workstreams, e.g., market entry evaluations or strategic fit assessments
  • Conduct market, competitor, and trend analyses with a focus on healthcare services and digital health innovations
  • Partner closely with executives to align group-wide initiatives and ensure consistency across all countries

What you need to bring with you:

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, health economics, or a comparable field of study
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in strategy development, business planning, or strategic projects - ideally gained in healthcare services, digital health, top-tier strategy consulting, or corporate strategy roles
  • Strong analytical skills and proven expertise in strategic communication, corporate communications and/or investor relations
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems and services markets is a strong asset
  • Experience in international settings, ideally across Northern and Western Europe
  • Norwegian or Swedish language skills are a plus but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage
