We are seeking a highly motivated Manager AI Initiatives (m/w/d) to join our growing team and drive the next chapter of our AI transformation. In this pivotal role, you will help shape and execute our AI strategy, ensuring successful implementation across more than 90 locations throughout Germany, the Nordics and the UK.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will translate strategic priorities into tangible initiatives -- bridging vision and execution in both medical and administrative domains. What you can expect:
- Shape the AI Strategy: Support the development and continuous refinement of our AI strategy
- Turn Strategy into Action: Translate high-level priorities into clear, actionable projects tailored to the local market
- Drive Pilots & Scaling: Lead AI pilot projects and broader rollouts in partnership with local management and practice teams
- Influence Top-Level Decisions: Prepare board-level and senior management materials that facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate Across Borders: Partner closely with executives to align group-wide initiatives and ensure consistency across all countries
Experience & Qualifications:
- A completed degree in business administration, economics, health economics, or a comparable field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or strategic roles -- ideally in healthcare services, digital health, or top-tier strategy consulting
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with proven experience in project and stakeholder management as well as strategic communication
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and service markets is a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
