General Liability Underwriting Assistant (m/f/d)
Job Description
- To handle a portfolio of existing contracts and issue new contracts: lead and coinsurance business (including international programs).
- To perform preparatory technical analysis to underwriting decisions.
- Underwriting support during all phases of portfolio management.
- To check underwriting agreements.
- To check and validate the wordings of standard contracts negotiated by the underwriter.
- To prepare covers notes and insurance certificates.
- To gather all data necessary for the issuance of contracts and invoices.
- To ensure the quality of the data recorded in the IT systems.
Qualification
- Bac + 4 or equivalent.
- 3 years minimum experience.
- Good knowledge of the Insurance industry
- Customer orientation, commercial and negotiation skills.
- High self-motivation, ability to work under pressure and flexibility.
- Good ability for self-organization.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to cooperate and work in a team.
- Solid handling of MS Office applications.
- Very good French and English language skills (business fluent)
