Your responsibilities

  • As a leader, you empower and mentor a skilled revenue operations team and train sales employees to excel and contribute to team success.
  • Your expertise is essential for analyzing sales data and enhancing team effectiveness and you forge partnerships to ensure smooth project execution across departments.
  • You collaborate closely to craft balanced proposals meeting customer and company needs and set an example by embodying company values in all interactions.
  • Furthermore, you are closely with Marketing Operations to optimize lead transfer.
  • You will manage the recruitment, administration and development of the sales team.
  • Besides, you own productivity models, offering insightful recommendations to leadership and collaborate with Business Intelligence to elevate analysis and streamline reporting.
  • On the top, you lead sales changes, enhancing productivity and innovation.

Your profile

  • You should have 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and subscription management tools is preferred.
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Showcase versatility in sales and marketing operations.
  • Passion for mentoring and fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Dedication to customer success and achieving business goals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs.
  • 6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
  • Commitment to meeting and exceeding team objectives.
