Main objectives of the role:
Lead the Lathing Production Section at Ronda Thailand (130 Decolletage- and CNC
machines, 35 employees), with full responsibility for production, engineering/maintenance, quality performance, raw material management and project development.

- Lead and develop a team of operators, technicians, and engineers in the lathing production area.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of 130 Decolletage- and CNC machines.
- Drive production performance to achieve targets for quality, productivity, and delivery.
- Continuously improve manufacturing processes, cycle times, tooling performance, and OEE.
- Ensure compliance with customer- and internal quality standards and lead problem-solving activities.
- Manage manufacturing costs, material usage, and inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee manufacturing engineering and maintenance to secure machine availability and process stability.
- Collaborate with headquarters, suppliers, and internal departments to support projects and operational improvements.
What makes you unique
- Technical apprenticeship in micro- or poly-mechanics, or equivalent qualification; additional certifications or training is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC or machining production, including proven leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a decisive and straightforward personality.
- Solid background in CNC machining; experience in decoletage is a plus.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Thai, German, or French is a plus.
