Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration and departure procedures.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels using Azure AD and Microsoft Exchange.
- Provide daily IT support, including troubleshooting login issues, password resets, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Set up, configure, and maintain hardware and software to ensure optimal workplace efficiency.
- Purchase IT equipment, manage inventory, and maintain asset tracking records.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency of office IT equipment.
- Provide first-level support for Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence.
- Utilize Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) solutions, specifically Datto and NinjaOne.
Requirements
- First years of relevant IT administration or helpdesk experience.
- Proficiency with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, and remote device management tools (Datto, NinjaOne).
- Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence administration.
- Strong experience with Windows environments; familiarity with MacOS is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and cyber security principles.
- Ability to maintain and organize IT asset inventories accurately.
- German language proficiency is advantageous, English is a must.
