Your Strength
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field (Master's preferred)
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with NAV, BI tools, or other financial reporting systems is a plus
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of discretion when working with sensitive data
- A solution-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude
- Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
Your Contribution
- Support departments in achieving financial goals aligned with company strategy
- Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and HGB
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Provide ad hoc reporting and assist in high-visibility projects
- Help drive projects and initiatives including analysis, coordination, and measurement of the results
- Build strong internal partnerships by delivering timely and clear financial insights
- Support process improvement and standardization across the finance team
- Contribute to audits and tax filings by gathering data and preparing documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reporting systems and finance tools
- Assist in training other departments in the correct use of finance systems and tools
