We are hiring a
IT Support Technician II (m/f/d) - Hechingen, Germany
Your Strength
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience in a business environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS
- Experience with Microsoft Office/M365 platform, including administration
- Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware, mobile devices, and network infrastructure
- Experience with Web- and Video-conferencing platforms (e.g., Cisco Webex, MS Teams)
- Familiarity with MDM tools like InTune and JAMF
- Experience supporting ticket systems and managing incident resolution
- Ability to manage audio/visual systems, PBX, cloud calling, and voice mail (a plus)
- Good understanding of cybersecurity guidelines and practices
- Fluent in German and good English skills (B2 level)
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
Your Contribution
- Provide 1st-3rd line technical support to end users in a multi-site, international environment
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, mobile devices, printers, A/V, and phone systems
- Install and maintain software packages and system images (Intune, Jamf)
- Support onboarding of new employees and conduct IT training
- Record all support incidents and manage tickets in the helpdesk system
- Collaborate closely with global IT teams, vendors, and contractors
- Participate in global IT support projects and contribute to process improvements
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and user guides
- Ensure accurate inventory and lifecycle management of hardware and software assets
