We are seeking an IT Project Manager (m/f/x) based in Europe, ready to innovate and bridge worlds. You'll manage projects and strategically grow a young company with top graduates of Burkina Institute of Technology (BIT, #1-ranked private university in the country). The link to Stern Stewart? Act as the key interface between European clients and Burkina Faso-based developers. Leverage your expertise in IT project management and understanding of European business culture to ensure project success. You will be pivotal in expanding the company's global footprint. You will empower a skilled team to shine on the international stage. The long-term vision is to scale the business through our access to large international clients.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities
- Be the cornerstone of a new IT company
- Make strategic and operational business decisions to help the company thrive and prosper
- Act as the primary point of contact for European clients
- Communicate client needs to software engineers
- Coordinate and oversee projects from inception to completion
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication and workflows to ensure project requirements are met
Your Profile
- Eagerness to take on the challenge of helping to build a company in a European-African context
- Proven track record in IT project management with a portfolio of successfully managed projects
- Fluency in English; French language proficiency is highly advantageous
- Purpose-driven and eager to build and innovate rather than following the conventional career path
- Familiarity with the European business environment and client management
- Strong intercultural competence with the ability to navigate and bridge diverse work cultures
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent problem-solving skills
