We are hiring an
IT Business Architect - EMEA Operations (m/f/d) - Hechingen, Germany
Your Strength
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Business Process, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a regulated or manufacturing environment
- Deep understanding of business process design and operational excellence
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV or 365 BC)
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred)
- Ability to lead cross-regional initiatives and translate business requirements into IT solutions
- Structured, analytical mindset and strong communication skills
- Fluency in both English and German
Your Contribution
- Analyze and design end-to-end business processes across EMEA operations to identify digitalization and automation opportunities
- Act as a strategic liaison between Operations, IT, and central functions to align solution designs and execution
- Define and support a digitalization strategy aligned with corporate and regulatory objectives
- Facilitate the standardization of systems and processes across multiple sites for harmonization and scalability
- Contribute to the setup of a regional digitization and process architecture team
- Advise on selection and implementation of new IT tools in collaboration with global teams
- Deliver ERP process enhancements and ensure integration into the global system landscape
- Develop technical architectures, future-state concepts, and IT delivery roadmaps
