We are looking for an IT and Facility Support Specialist to strengthen our IT team.

In this role, you will provide 2nd-level IT support for the Service Desk, helping resolve more complex technical issues and ensuring the stability of our corporate IT environment. You will also support IT infrastructure and office systems connected to IT, while collaborating with internal teams, subsidiaries, and external vendors.

• Provide 2nd-level IT support for issues escalated from the Service Desk.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and support the Service Desk in improving ticket quality and technical skills.
• Support installation and configuration of IT hardware and infrastructure, including servers and network equipment in remote locations.
• Contribute to corporate IT projects and initiatives and coordinate location-specific IT activities.
• Suggest improvements to IT processes and support workflows.
• Support office infrastructure systems related to IT, such as meeting room technology, access control systems, camera systems, UPS systems, digital signage, and server room infrastructure, often in cooperation with external vendors.

• Experience in IT support, infrastructure support, or system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and network environments.
• Experience working with corporate IT environments and support processes.
• Ability to document solutions and maintain knowledge base documentation.
• Experience working with external vendors is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
