What you create
- 1st/2nd level support for users (Windows, Android, iOS)
- Administration and development of our Microsoft 365 environment
- Support for the hybrid infrastructure (MS Cloud + On-Prem)
- Administration of:
- Active Directory & group policies
- Virtualisation environments (e.g. VMware, Azure VM)
- Backup and restore systems (e.g. Veeam)
- Firewall and network systems (e.g. Fortinet or similar)
- Azure Cloud administration
- Administration of VoIP telecommunications systems
- Monitoring, patch management and security
- Collaboration on infrastructure projects (networks, servers, laboratory PCs)
- Close cooperation with IT engineers, IT project management and external partners
- Support with GMP-compliant documentation and IT processes
What you bring along
- Several years of experience in IT administration
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Good knowledge of hybrid AD structures
- Knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V or similar)
- Backup solutions
- Firewall/network environments
- Understanding of IT security (MFA, endpoint security, network segmentation)
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g. GMP, ISO 27001) is an advantage
- Team player with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Hands-on mentality and ability to set priorities independently
- Interest in development and modern IT architectures
