Who We Are
We advise institutional investors like pension funds or insurance companies on investments mainly in infrastructure and real estate. Our interdisciplinary team is mainly based in Frankfurt (Germany), but has a strong international network and works every day on exciting projects that require a lot of creativity. To strengthen the team, we are looking for committed minds who like to deal with issues relating to investments in the infrastructure and real estate sector.
Areas of Responsibility
- Analysis/evaluation of infrastructure and real estate fund products with regard to strategic
aspects and managerial competence - Plausibility check of business plans (funds, individual investments, companies)
- Research on international market players in the fields of infrastructure and real estate
- Development and execution of due diligence processes
- Preparation of investment proposals for investment projects
- Preparation of market studies
- Further development and maintenance of internally developed tools and databases
Education and Skills
- Degree in Finance, Economics or STEM, ideally related to the infrastructure or real estate sector
- Knowledge/experience in the valuation of companies or business plan assessment, e.g.
according to the discounted cash flow method (e.g. at an auditing firm) - Initial experience in connection with investment funds as well as analysis and evaluation
of strategic success factors in infrastructure investments is an advantage - Very good knowledge of English (main business language)
- Knowledge of German is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel
- Good self-organization, reliability and high self-motivation
