In order to provide our customers with the best possible support and help them to make optimum use of our products, we provide a wide range of content for our products. The content we provide comes in different forms and formats and can be provided by different departments within the organisation. To enable both our customers and our internal stakeholders to find the right answers quickly and effectively and as easily as possible we want to introduce an AI-based knowledge management process and an AI tool that can integrate our existing and future content.

• Collect and structure the requirements of the various internal stakeholders.
• Find out about existing tools for AI-based knowledge management
• Select 3-5 tools for testing.
• Present the results of your tests to internal stakeholders
• Recommend one of the tools from your point of view

• Strong comprehension skills combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A high degree of curiosity, creativity, and motivation in the search for solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence and knowledge management is appreciated.
• High level of IT technical understanding.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Proficient in German or English.
