- Preparatory work for the preparation of financial accounts, tax returns, and annual financial statements for different types and sizes of companies
- Support in providing tax advice to our national and international clients
- Taking on project tasks and research activities
- Insights into specialist areas of taxation, such as international tax law, succession planning, and real estate taxation
- Cologne / Düsseldorf - Department Audit
- Gain valuable insights into accounting and valuation procedures
- Participation in auditing of annual and consolidated financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
- Support in advising our various clients, mainly SME
- Taking on various project tasks, e.g., within transaction consulting
- Munich - Department Tax Consulting (Backoffice)
- Assistance with clarifying specific German tax law issues
- Literature research
- Maintenance of databases and project-related involvement in the optimization of our internal organization
- Preparation of presentations on national and international tax topics
- Weekly exchange with other interns/colleagues, discussing your current work in small groups to help deepen and broaden knowledge
- Writing tax articles for corporate communications
- Constant professional and personal support from your assigned mentor, who will help you settle in and familiarize yourself with specific areas of taxation
- Munich - Department Marketing
- Support and creation of social media content/international tax newsletter/online campaigns
- Recruiting campaigns/PR/public affairs/press work/design of employer branding strategies
- Support for projects regarding brand experiences/corporate design/graphic design
- Event management

Your path to Ecovis:
- You are currently in your bachelors or master's degree in the field of economics, business administration, accounting, taxation or equal
- You have very good German skills (B2/C1) as your daily tasks are mainly done in German
- You have a solid knowledge of MS Office
- An interest in business issues, (German) tax laws and contexts are non-negotiable
- Commitment, reliability, and a sense of responsibility are second nature to you
- You like to contribute your sense of humor and personality to your new team and like challenges!
