We are seeking a talented Intern for our (Gen)AI Transformation Management department. The successful candidate will be part of the Agent Development team that develops and tests AI agents for a wide range of use cases as well as continuously improving these agents after their initial implementation.

 

Your Responsibilities

Depending on your background and interests, you will contribute to one or more of the following areas:

  • Support the integration of AI into business processes across the organization
  • Apply prompt engineering, grounding techniques, and model selection for AI use cases
  • Build and fine-tune machine learning models, including testing and deployment

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a Master's program (or final year of Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field -- including Economics or Business Administration with a strong analytical focus
  • Passion for AI and Data Science, with a solid theoretical foundation in relevant methodologies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; experience in consulting or project management is a plus
  • Ability to independently structure and solve complex problems
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks, preferably in Python or R
  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to contribute in a dynamic environment
  • Business fluent in English and German
