Intern Logistics Administration & Data (fixed-term, 1 year)

Job Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing warehouse and transport invoices 
• Booking and approving invoices in the SAP xFlow system 
• Maintaining and filling Excel templates with correct assignments (internal orders, general ledger accounts, etc.) 
• Uploading and maintaining data in our Access database according to Excel overviews 
• Coordination with the International Trade, Transport, and Warehouse Management departments (e.g. for intercompany invoices) 
• Reconciling costs booked in SAP with the Access database 
• Creating monthly reports, including plausibility checks 
• Sending and tracking reports to our international locations 
• Maintaining master data in the Access database (e.g., prices, new segments) 
  -> No in-depth Access knowledge required - just basic use 
• Supporting projects in reporting and visualization

• Initial experience with SAP, Excel, and databases is desirable
