What are we looking for?
- Independent, end-to-end order processing from production to transport organization and invoicing (order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices)
- After-sales support; handling of complaints, creation of credit and debit notes, as well as backlog lists
- Participation in projects (product launches, IT projects)
- Support in planning activities
- Monitoring and coordination of on-time deliveries
- Recording and coordination of complaints
- Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
- General administrative tasks (evaluations, statistics, etc.)
Your Profile
- Bachelor or Masters Degree
- first experience in the field of import and export
- ERP knowledge, particularly SAP Vision R/3 and S4 HANA
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Customer-oriented thinking and approach
- Good written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and flexibility
