– Preparation of ingredients

– Application of basic cooking techniques

– Providing input regarding menu composition, changes, and cooking methods

– Responsible for stock and order management

– Providing technical guidance to kitchen assistants

– Reporting to a culinary supervisor.

– MBO level 3 working and thinking ability

– Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

– Market-based gross monthly salary of €2,600 – €3,050, depending on experience and skills

– Allowances for transportation, housing, and performance bonuses
