We are currently looking for a Head of Transformation & Strategy as a member of the CEO Office management team at our location in Munich, starting at the earliest possible date. The position encompasses the strategic alignment and design of MEAG's business areas and is responsible for the development and implementation of a long-term transformation and strategy roadmap that positions our company in a dynamic and constantly evolving industry.

Your Tasks:

  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Transformation & Strategy department, including the teams "Organization" and "Strategy & Innovation"
  • Close collaboration with the CEO and the board of management on all strategic topics
  • Coordination and implementation of the new MEAG strategy program MEAG2025+ in close cooperation with various group-wide stakeholders
  • Establishing and steering of the annual and long-term planning process as well as the organizational development of MEAG
  • Responsibility for comprehensive transformation projects - from strategy development through structure and process design to implementation
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of strategic initiatives as well as assessing strategic risks and opportunities
  • Preparation and support of meetings of relevant committees and ensuring that the strategic decisions of the committees are effectively implemented

Your Profile:

  • Excellent university degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in a strategy consultancy or a strategy team, preferably with a focus on asset management
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, structured approach to work, pronounced problem-solving competence, and a hands-on mentality - from planning to implementation
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities at all levels, moderation and coaching skills, as well as the ability to convey complex content in an understandable way
  • Quick understanding of workflows and system relationships, experience in process analysis and design, as well as flexibility in dealing with new or unexpected situations
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
