For our US market (East Coast) we are actively seeking a
Head of Sales (m/f/d)
Your Tasks - as important as our Software:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies in line with the company's vision and growth goals
- Provide hands-on leadership, problem-solving and coaching of a small to be grown sales team
- Identify and pursue target accounts and determine potential customer opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer acquisition, conversion rates and the sale process
- Improve efficiency and accuracy of forecasting process
- Directly contribute to revenue growth
- Maintain an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee satisfaction and moral

- Strong sales management experience and ability to lead a successful sales team
- Ability to formulate and recommend plans, goals, and objectives for sales activities to increase market share, growth and profitability of company products
- Superior business acumen knowledge; ability to understand and implement business strategies

You are used to working independently, your suitcases are packed and you have already worked in the IT sales for Life Sciences environment, especially Regulatory Domain. You are initiative, goal orientated and assertive and have joy in business development.
