Your Responsibilities
Lead and further develop our IT Operations and User Support teams.
You will play a vital role in your team to design and development the structure. This includes assessing current structures, identifying skill and knowledge gaps, and driving targeted improvements to enhance agility, collaboration, and performance. Strong people management capabilities are essential for success.
Ensure the delivery and continuous improvement of our enterprise IT services, including partner management for data center services, networking, 1st/2nd level support, and end-user equipment.
Shape and implement efficient service processes and establish a KPI-driven performance framework aligned with OLAs and SLAs.
Contribute to strategic IT projects and help shape new service offerings within an ITIL-based process organization.
Oversee cost and investment planning with transparency and accuracy.
You are familiar with the ITIL framework and the practical implementation as such.
Act as a strategic partner and report directly to the CIO.
Your Profile
You hold a technical or technical-commercial degree or a comparable qualification.
You bring solid experience in IT Operations and understand how to run and develop complex IT environments.
You have strong knowledge ofIT Operations processes and the operation of company-wide data networks.
You're familiar with standard system services and know how to evaluate their performance.
As a people-focused leader, you know how to drive and optimize processes and projects (ideally ITIL-based) while empowering teams across all levels.
You possess strong analyticaland conceptual skills, as well fouded knowledge about IT architecture.
You speak German and English fluently and navigate confidently in both languages.
