Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts receivable and payable and cash management
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

Key requirements:

• Accounting Expertise: Proven experience in handling accounts receivable and payable functions to ensure the financial health of the organization.
• Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to lead a finance team, foster collaboration, and communicate effectively across departments.
• Fluency in German and English: Effective communication is crucial in our international work environment.

Preferred skills:

• Real Estate Industry Experience: A plus if you have prior experience in the real estate sector.
• SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP systems to streamline financial operations.
