We are looking for a capable and motivated team player to fill the role of the Head of Customer Service and Logistics located in Fort Mill, USA. 

 

Your tasks:

Logistics & Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee inventory management, including stock audits, receiving, and storage practices
  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, packing, and shipping coordination
  • Manage relationships with logistics providers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and oversee export/customs documentation
  • Track shipments, resolve delays, and analyze logistics performance for continuous improvement.

Customer Service Leadership

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer service escalations and team support
  • Monitor service quality, conduct performance audits, and provide coaching and feedback
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and returns
  • Analyze customer feedback and service trends to improve satisfaction and efficiency

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the liaison between frontline teams and senior leadership--advocating for team needs and surfacing operational challenges.
  • Support onboarding, training, and development of logistics and customer service staff
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and customer-focused team culture
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, IT, Finance) to align operations with business goals

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend actionable improvements
  • Maintain and update SOPs, team documentation, and best practices
  • Generate and analyze reports on KPIs, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and customer service metrics
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a clean, organized work environment

Your skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service, with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and logistics software
  • Ability to lead by example and support a geographically distributed team
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs (more with assistance)
