Your responsibilities
- Responsible for driving customer acquisition activities such as response to RFQ/ RFI/ RFP/ Customer queries
- Responsible for customer presentations and customer relationship management
- Responsible for service revenue and profitability
- Responsible for customer relation, contribution to account plan, project/product interface to HQ
Your profile
- At least 8-10 years of experience in Software Project Management
- Experience in using Project Management tools
- Experience in managing pre-sales/ customer acquisition activities
- Experience in overseeing/ managing multiple projects
- Experience in managing customers, vendors and other stakeholders and customer escalations
- Experience in account mining and account growth activities
- Experience with lean & agile development, processes and project management (Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent communication & networking skills
- Excellent Project management skills mainly Planning, tracking, monitoring, status reporting and risk mitigation
- Experience in working with multiple teams including international teams
- Knowhow of project and basic financials
