We are looking for people with Qaracter!
Your impact within the OQEMA Group
- You develop smart formulations - from basic to specialized solutions - for our customers and partners
- You conduct comparison and performance tests, delivering real insights
- You document your results transparently in the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring clarity throughout the process
- You keep an eye on our KPIs and actively contribute to improving lab efficiency
- You coordinate laboratory activities within the OQEMA Group and with external partners
- You bring your technical expertise to customer meetings alongside Sales and Principals
- You drive the OQademy - our internal knowledge network - and ensure real know-how sharing
- You support our sales and product teams with your technical expertise
- You lead a small, strong team and develop it with heart and mind
What we are looking for:
- A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Home & Personal Care
- At least 3-5 years of experience in formulation and/or application technology - ideally within the specialty chemicals industry
- Proven experience in leading a team and a strong understanding of how to motivate and empower people
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and always keep your objectives in sight
- You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicate confidently in German (at least B2) and English (very good B2 or C1)
