WHAT YOU WILL DO:

o Lead the SPS Global Financial Controlling Project that focuses on the improvement of global controlling processes of reporting and rolling forecast
o Set the path for the harmonizing and improving the efficiency of controlling structures as well as unfolding the potential of processes automation
o Implement the central controlling master data management system
o Support the IT department in the further development of the existing financial systems and databases (SQL) for the above-mentioned financial processes, including implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud
o Perform the strategic analyses for the Executive Management team
o Control and implement investment proposals and improvement projects
o Determine cost allocation keys and billing rates
o Support the executive management in special projects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Successfully completed university studies in finance with a focus on controlling/ accounting
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in an international and multicultural environment in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of controlling in the areas of reporting and rolling forecasts
  • Knowledge of SAP products such as R/3, S/4 HANA as well as MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience with the SAP Analytics Cloud (an advantage)
  • Initial experience in managing financial projects
  • Strong conceptual thinking as well as analytical abilities
  • Structured, organized, and independent work style
  • Ability to manage stakeholders on different hierarchical levels
  • Fluent English, while German is a plus
