We are seeking a skilled and motivated (Gen)AI Transformation Consultant, who will be part of the (Gen)AI transformation office that manages the (Gen)AI transformation program end-to-end and defines overarching transformation roadmap to achieve transformation objectives (incl. KPI monitoring and controlling). 

• Gather business requirements and work with stakeholders to define Gen AI solution requirements, including data inputs, processing, and outputs
• Establish and maintain uniform standards for use case prerequisites, deliverables, and documentation including maintenance of our Gen AI platform, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and platform updates
• Collaborate with domain owners, agent leads, and other team members to ensure alignment with overarching program goals and objectives
• Design rollout of change management initiatives including scaling, adoption, and training for (Gen)AI solutions
• Help define and maintain program roles, resource needs, and capacity planning in collaboration with the (Gen)AI transformation lead
• Prepare communication materials such as presentations, reports, and updates to ensure alignment across teams and resolve stakeholder dependencies
• Track progress on transformation roadmap and KPIs to ensure timely updates and reporting to the (Gen)AI transformation lead and other stakeholders

• Master's degree in relevant field (e.g., business administration, information systems, or any quantitative field)
• 3+ years of working experience in project management, coordination or related roles
• Effective communicator with the ability to consolidate and present information clearly (incl. senior management presentations)
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making processes
• Basic Understanding of AI/ML concepts and the (Gen)AI product lifecycle, with the ability to support technical discussions and track risks
• Experience in supporting change management or training initiatives is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Business proficiency in English (C1) and German (C1) are required
