Your tasks
- Establish a scientific method to support strategic business decisions
- Analyze existing and new markets as well as the popularity of games, new features and game mechanics and identify gaps in our portfolio
- Work with our BI team to define and implement reports which are required to make strategic choices and decisions in our daily operation
- Suggest games portfolio for new markets based on market analysis and collected data
- Identify blind spots in our data, define requirements for collecting additional data and work with development teams to find solutions to collect missing data
- Work with the development team to establish player behavior tracking and analysis
- Establish a process for AB testing and align with the development teams to implement the required features in the platform
- Ensure that our games are tagged properly to draw conclusions about the popularity of game mechanics, features and themes
- Maintain the process for managing and steering our portfolio
- Collaborate with our internal and external game studios across the world to make sure, our portfolio and strategy is aligned
- Make decisions for our operational business based on collected data
Your profile
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Data Science or Business Administration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or field
- Very strong analytical skills
- Intermediate experience with SQL (preferably with MS SQL Server)
- Intermediate experience with reporting tools, such as Tableau
- Understanding of statistical methods
- Proactive and precise attitude to work
- Enthusiasm when dealing with data and figures
- Customer oriented
- High affinity for internet technologies and e-commerce
- Very good command of both spoken and written English, German is considered an asset
