We are hiring a
Your Strength
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance, ideally as a Financial/ Business Analyst or Controller
- Knowledge in data analysis as well as in the preparation of decision analyses
- Confident handling of MS-Office as well as IT affinity
- Fluent in English
Your Contribution
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities for EMEA entities
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations (e.g., marketing accruals, OPEX, workforce planning adjustments)
- Maintain and update budgets and forecasts in Adaptive Insights/Workday
- Conduct variance analyses (budget vs. actual, actual vs. prior year) and provide commentary for leadership
- Support preparation of management reporting packages, including P&L statements and KPI dashboards
- Assist in financial modeling and ad hoc analyses to support business unit requests
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
