Field Support Technician - UK
Responsibilities
- support and maintenance of electrical and hydraulic Test Equipment (TE) and
Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (GSE) - calibration and repair activities at National customer locations
- creation of maintenance, test and calibration protocols and reports
- technical support of our UK customers in collaboration with UK and Austrian colleagues
- elaboration and review of spare parts packages
- management of company vehicle, tooling and support equipment
Qualifications
- completed National technical vocational training (e.g. C&G/NVQ/HNC/HND) - ideally
mechanical bias - professional experience as field service technician preferred but not essential
- willingness and ability to travel within the UK (approx. 80% travelling) and to Non EU
countries for up to 3 weeks per year - openness and enjoyment of customer contact
- computer and MS Office skills
- high degree of independence and conscientiousness as well as a structured way of
working
