This position is located in Karlsruhe, Germany.

Your responsibilities

  • You develop and deliver quarterly DACH Field Marketing plans that integrate sales and marketing requirements to support regional pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Besides, you develop a joint marketing strategy and drive plans with OEM and Reseller partners in the region.
  • Furthermore, you develop and execute demand generation marketing programs including third-party hosted events, PTV Logistics hosted events, webinars, in-person and virtual experiences, integrated campaigns, roadshows, and email marketing.
  • Additionally, you forecast and measure the impact of the marketing plan on sales cycles while analyzing program results, optimizing as needed.
  • You own the planning and execution of vertical-based marketing, including ABM programs that penetrate key accounts in the region.
  • Also, you maintain ongoing communications and be the go-to marketing resource for regional sales leaders, sales reps, SDRs, and regional partners.
  • Moreover, you assist sales leadership in understanding, participating in, and obtaining buy-in for field marketing programs.
  • You work closely with the PTV Logistics sales teams to define marketing goals and objectives and develop a strategic marketing plan that aligns with sales pipeline and revenue goals, tailored to the relevant GTM strategy.
  • On top of everything, you drive lead acquisition, nurture, and support the development of pipeline opportunities.

Your profile

  • A minimum of 6 years of field marketing experience for a technology company, direct experience in Logistics or Cloud preferred.
  • Experience marketing to midsize companies up to enterprise companies in the DACH region. "Mittelstand" marketing experience is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of Eloqua (or an equivalent automation tool--Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot), MS Dynamics (or Salesforce or an equivalent CRM tool) preferred. Experience with Tableau or other visualization software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously and communicating with remote management for extended periods.
  • Strong demand generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent in German and business-level English.
