What You Will Do
- You identify, analyze and select new rental properties, taking into account company requirements and strategic goals.
- You manage the existing property portfolio in an effective way to optimize working conditions.
- You identify synergies between different locations to maximize resource efficiency.
- You analyze space requirements and implementing efficient workplace utilization measures.
- You monitor and analyze continuously of workplace utilizations.
- You implement measures to improve space utilization and flexibility.
- You monitor and analyze consumption figures, especially electricity and heat.
- You develop and implement strategies to reduce energy consumption and promote environmental sustainability.
- You ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations and implement measures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- You establish a comprehensive monitoring system for all rental properties, including regular reports on key performance indicators and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Degree in facility management, property management or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in facility management, ideally in an international corporate environment.
- Sound knowledge of the property market and development in Germany.
- Knowledge of energy management and environmental protection.
- Experience in the implementation of safety standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as German and English language skills.
