Epidemiologist
(PhD candidate) (m/f/d/x)

Salary Scale 13 of the German public sector salary system (TV-L)

(27.44 hours/week; part-time: 70%)

The position starts as early as possible. The contract is initially limited for 36 months.

·         Scientific contribution to the focus area on risk-adapted cancer screening at the institute (cross-departmental collaboration with other doctoral students)

·         Scientific contribution to the consortium project OMEN on cancer risk prediction

·         Analysis of primary and secondary data

·         Preparation of reports and English-language publications

·         Presentation of results at conferences

·         Completed degree in health sciences (Master's degree or comparable qualification), e.g., public health, medicine, epidemiology

·         Very good command of English language

·         Interest in quantitative research

·         Affinity for interdisciplinary work, ability to work in a team, coordination and organizational skills
