YOUR TASKS
- Coordination and development of the loss prevention strategy for the German market
- Close cooperation with the head office in Poland
- Identification and evaluation of risks in the retail stores
- Development of internal audit standards and procedures as well as internal control systems
- Conducting audits on compliance with security guidelines in the stores
- Following up on the implementation of optimisation recommendations after the audits
- Conducting training courses in the area of loss prevention
YOUR PROFILE
- High willingness to travel
- Experience in the field of loss prevention, preferably in retail
- Good communication skills, openness towards people
- Creative, unconventional thinking and strong analytical skills
- English and German language skills at a very good communicative level
- Proactive attitude in solving problems and creativity
- Management experience in retail is an advantage
