We are hiring an

End User Computing Solutions Architect (m/f/d) - Hechingen, Germany / Global Role

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with 10+ years in architecture or senior engineering roles
• Deep technical expertise in Active Directory, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Jamf
• Proven ability to drive global team performance goals and mentor junior team members
• Strong understanding of EUC infrastructure, endpoint management, and identity & access management
• Familiar with ITIL processes (incident/problem/change management)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with global stakeholders
• Proactive, analytical mindset with strong technical leadership

• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable, secure enterprise EUC solutions
• Act as a global technical escalation point for EUC-related issues
• Drive service quality across Active Directory, M365, Intune, Jamf, SharePoint, and more
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with global IT teams
• Mentor and coach team members; foster knowledge sharing and documentation culture
• Support equipment/software procurement, cost estimation, and vendor engagement
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational guidelines
• Participate in audits, policy development, and global IT process optimization
• Deliver clear technical documentation, playbooks, and root cause analyses (RCA)
• Research, test, and recommend new technologies to enhance end user productivity
