Your strength:
- Bachelor Degree in areas such as business management, engineering, or life-sciences
- 10+ years of professional experience in medical device industry. At a minimum 7 years of experience in a marketing/ sales role
- Direct team management experience and strong leadership skills
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks while being flexible with the needs of the organization
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to travel up to 30 % of the work calendar
- Previous medical device marketing experience especially in cardiovascular technologies is a plus.
Your contribution:
- Maintain a functional and motivated team by hiring talent, coaching, and developing team members
- Accomplish team results by collaborative development of goals, setting expectations, prioritizations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Develop robust launch plans across multiple functional areas and geographies for new product/indications and marketing campaign launches
- Lead/support upstream marketing activities for new products/projects while collaborating with cross functional and regional teams, including but not limited to, market research, business case development, design specifications, labeling, and commercial planning
- Identify creative ways to engage the European Sales team and geography marketing teams to help drive key marketing message and initiatives consistently and effectively
- Develop and manage an annual marketing budget for the product portfolio
- Illustrate design control and project management expertise
