Afro Coffee is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager lead the planning, execution, and management of our digital marketing initiatives. This role is central to developing and implementing strategies that drive eCommerce sales and amplify our brand across digital channels.

Objectives & Responsibilities

Objectives
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing for Afro Coffee, including SEO, SEM, paid and organic social media
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to drive sale on our eCommerce channels
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it's performing and optimize user experience
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted and on brand content
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage content creation for Afro Coffee social media and other forms of digital communication
  • Manage the paid campaigns with the media agency
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
  • Prepare reports/analytics on the performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROI and KPIs
  • Collaborate with wider marketing and sales team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in Afro Coffee's marketing campaigns

Skills & Qualifications

  • Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
  • Strong project management and managerial skills
  • Strong written and spoken German and English
 
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in eCommerce digital marketing
  • Proficiency in social media content creation
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research i.e. Google AdWords, Google Search Console
  • Experience in running paid social campaigns i.e. Meta Ad Manager
  • Understanding of website analytics tools e.g. Matomo, Sistrex etc.
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
