We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to drive growth of our Real Money Gaming Platforms. As a member of the Marketing Team you will be in charge of B2C user acquisition activities for dedicated brands. Through managing internal and external marketing campaigns you will substantially contribute to the growth of the customer base.

Your tasks

Campaign management
  • Promote the platform through an omnichannel strategy, involving both online and offline channels. Online channels represent about 80% of the budget
  • Online channels: Creating, monitoring and analyzing digital campaigns, including channels, such as Google, Bing, and Facebook as well as app marketing with the main goal of lead generation and customer acquisition. Analyze performance and marketing KPIs, to define actions
  • Offline channels: Coordinating the production of media campaigns related to the 360 campaign and major sponsorships in close collaboration with agencies and stakeholders
Marketing Strategy
  • Work on the marketing- and brand-strategy in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. Define the opportunities, the challenges, and the direction of the brand
  • Define the budget and the axis of investment
  • Contribute to the overall brand impact
Team Collaboration
  • Cross functionally collaborate with other departments and different level of stakeholders
  • Work closely with the user acquisition team to develop new strategies and align on a team level
  • Collaborate with various teams such as Customer Relationship Management, Design & Content, Business Intelligence, etc.
  • Active steering of external agencies (media creation, SEA, paid social)

Your profile

  • Completed higher education in marketing or communications
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (acquisition/lead generation) in an agency- or B2C e-commerce environment
  • Hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns on an operative level
  • Numbers driven, analytical skills and understanding of online/mobile KPIs
  • Self-dependent and structured working style with a high sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Football knowledge/interest is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • German language skills are an advantage
