Your strength:
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Good knowledge of English, other language skills are a plus
- Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experienced handling of ERP systems - NAV desirable
- High customer orientation in combination with an independent and structured way of working
- Great attention to detail
- Strong problem solving mentality and motivation to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Your contribution:
- Quotation and order entry
- Monitoring the timely processing of shipments
- Processing returns and complaints
- Interface between customers and other departments
