• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, research partners, and industry leaders across Europe and beyond
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers in AI, Engineering, and Innovation topics
• Understand customer needs and transform them into actionable technology and research solutions
• Lead customer engagement and account development activities in collaboration with internal R&D and engineering teams
• Contribute to business development, proposal creation, and project definition for national and EU-funded innovation programs
• Represent TWT at international conferences, networking events, and client workshops
• Support cross-sector collaboration between industrial clients, academic institutions, and technology partners
• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with confidence, empathy, and strategic thinking

• Degree (PhD, MSc, or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Innovation, or a related field
• Proven experience in customer relationship management, business development, or innovation consulting
• Strong technical understanding of AI, digital engineering, or simulation-based design
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical content into business value
• Experience in project coordination within industrial and R&D environments
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset, customer focus, and enthusiasm for working at the intersection of technology and business
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across interdisciplinary teams
