We are urgently looking for a personable, meticulous and energetic individual to join our international Customer Relations team. Please note, written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English is essential for this role.
Your Tasks
- Responding to customer emails
- Managing customer expectations
- Anticipating customer needs
- Liaising with and supporting all internal teams on customer-related matters
- Building, managing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
- Coordinating internally to resolve customer queries
- Ensuring internal and external documentation is kept up-to-date, e.g. customer on-boarding guide, reference documents, internal manuals
- Minuting meetings
- Coordinating new customer onboarding process
- Scheduling customer business reviews and helping to prepare content
- Testing, maintaining and improving business intelligence tools in conjunction with IT department
- Other customer-related tasks as may be required to support the business
Your Profile

Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish -
Work experience in the music industry (music publishing, record label, CMO or licensing at DSP) is highly desirable -
Familiarity with music industry rightsflow and experience in song royalty tracking -
Account management experience -
Microsoft Office advanced user (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) -
Meticulous attention to detail and customer-centric mindset -
Assertive: able to give clear instructions with deadlines in an effective and respectful manner -
Communication skills at all levels, in all registers -
Independent thinker, willing to suggest creative solutions -
Able to anticipate customer needs and preempt potential problems -
Excellent time management and prioritisation -
