F/LIST UK, with approximately 20 employees, is one of our newest locations and is located in South London, just outside Biggin Hill Airport. This location provides air aftermarket services for European customers, including cabin refurbishment, repainting, re-veneering, leather seat upholstery, wall panel replacement, carpet replacement and stone floor integration.

As part of our team you will...

  • drive the expansion of our existing market presence in the UK and EMEA Region and actively develop new business opportunities.
  • identify and develop sales channels in the region and implement strategic sales plans in line with the objectives of the Air Aftermarket division.
  • build and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and keep them informed of the latest developments in our product and service portfolio.
  • focus on service centres, including OEMs and MROs, to sell F/LIST refurbishment/retrofit and innovation products and services.
  • independently develop compelling commercial proposals, supported by calculations from the Sales Operations team
  • manage promotional initiatives and continuously analyse the market to identify trends and opportunities.
  • work closely with the global sales team to ensure alignment of processes, sharing of product knowledge, consistency of pricing and adherence to the company's sales strategies.
  • represent F/LIST at international trade fairs, events and customer meetings and present our brand and products with confidence and passion.
  • take responsibility for sales targets, including budget responsibility and revenue generation.
  • act as a true ambassador for the F/LIST brand and corporate culture
    Follow internal sales processes and policies with diligence

You're a good fit if you....

  • Have a degree in business, engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • have several years of experience in business development and sales in the businessaviation industry, ideally with an understanding of cabin interiors.
  • can communicate confidently and professionally with customers and business partners.
  • are a highly motivated and performance-orientated individual with a hands-on attitude.
  • can take the initiative to independently engage with new customers, maintain strong relationships and close deals.
  • flexible and open to frequent travelling to support international business development.
