Controller - Engines Business
Location: Belgrade
The position holder will provide the SR Technics management with insightful and appropriate financial information about the performance of the Engines Business as a basis for decision making and steering of the operations.
Your tasks
- Assist in the month-end-closing process to ensure accuracy and completeness of financials
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports and conduct thorough analysis of financial results
- Contribute to the preparation of forecasts to provide a clear picture of the financial trajectory
- Support the budgeting and business planning process
- Provide conclusive information to Management and Operations as basis for decision making
- Develop transparent and thorough cost analyses and project insights to enhance operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvements of finance tools & processes
- Undertake ad-hoc analysis, assignments, and business case calculations to address occurring needs
Your profile
- Bachelor's in Business Administration/ Finance; equivalent or higher
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience in a financial function
- Experience in an industrial environment preferred
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge in SAP and analysis tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical abilities
- Eager to learn new things and challenge yourself
