YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS DIVERSE AS OUR PRODUCTS:
- Preparation of monthly financial reports, including flash closing and final closing
- Reviewing and analyzing monthly financial statements in close cooperation with the accounting department
- Performing profitability analysis to support strategic decision making for our restaurants
- Ensure daily and weekly automated reporting and continuous optimization of related processes
- Proactively perform ad hoc analyses and prepare presentations and decision papers for management
- Preparation of budgeting and forecasting, including a detailed overview of all relevant cost lines at restaurant level
IN ADDITION TO ENJOYING FISH, YOU HAVE:
- Completed studies in business administration with a focus on controlling / finance or comparable qualification
- First practical experience in the field of controlling / finance
- Very good knowledge of Excel and experience in preparing reports
- Team player with strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels, with the ability to create target group-oriented presentations
- Curiosity
- Strong analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Motivated, resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
