Clinical Trial Assistant (m/f/d) - Hechingen, Germany / Hybrid

Your Strength

  • Completed high school diploma or equivalent education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with general office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.)
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career path towards becoming a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in the future.
  • Openness to career progression into this role when the opportunity arises.
  • No restrictions on business travel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
  • Experience in a clinical or medical environment is a plus
  • Proficient in German and English languages

Your Contribution

  • Perform administrative support for the Clinical Affairs department
  • Organize, file, label, and manage data entry
  • Type reports, memos, and maintain office records
  • Handle internal communication via phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Support document preparation and distribution (meeting minutes, contracts, timesheets, etc.)
  • Assist with the generation of binders, tabs, and archiving systems
  • Prepare materials for offsite shipping and retrieval
  • Support contract and vendor request processes using internal tools
  • Contribute to the efficiency and coordination of clinical research activities
