Clinical Trial Assistant (m/f/d) - Hechingen, Germany / Hybrid
Your Strength
- Completed high school diploma or equivalent education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with general office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.)
- Strong interest in pursuing a career path towards becoming a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in the future.
- Openness to career progression into this role when the opportunity arises.
- No restrictions on business travel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
- Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
- Experience in a clinical or medical environment is a plus
- Proficient in German and English languages
Your Contribution
- Perform administrative support for the Clinical Affairs department
- Organize, file, label, and manage data entry
- Type reports, memos, and maintain office records
- Handle internal communication via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Support document preparation and distribution (meeting minutes, contracts, timesheets, etc.)
- Assist with the generation of binders, tabs, and archiving systems
- Prepare materials for offsite shipping and retrieval
- Support contract and vendor request processes using internal tools
- Contribute to the efficiency and coordination of clinical research activities
