Cardiac Sales Manager UK & Ireland (m/f/d) - Remote, United Kingdom & Ireland

Your Strength

  • Extensive experience in medical device sales, ideally in the cardiac or cardiovascular field
  • Proven track record in team leadership and territory management
  • Strategic thinker with excellent commercial and negotiation skills
  • Strong network within hospitals, healthcare systems, and KOLs across UK & Ireland
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes and tender preparation
  • Comfortable providing clinical support and training to healthcare professionals
  • Highly self-motivated, hands-on, and results-driven
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Your Contribution

  • Lead and manage the UK & Ireland Cardiac Sales team
  • Create and execute strategic sales and territory plans
  • Develop champions for new technology and identify future growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Take responsibility for direct sales and asset management across the territory
  • Identify and prepare for upcoming tenders and contract negotiations
  • Provide technical support and product training to hospital staff
  • Collaborate closely with the Endovascular Sales team and internal departments
  • Attend national and international congresses, meetings, and events
  • Maintain accurate reporting on sales performance, forecasts, market trends, and CRM
