Job Description.
EAO is committed to advancing Human Machine Interface (HMI) technology; building market position and revenue by identifying, developing, defining, negotiating, and securing new business opportunities and relationships. This position requires the strategic identification and development of new market opportunities for HMI products and assemblies, with a strong focus on the management of key OEM relationships with a focus on EAO vision, mission, and corporate values.
Job Requirements.
- All necessary computer and related office equipment.
- A valid driver's license.
- A valid United States passport.
Education and/or Experience
- BSEE/ME preferred or applicable experience with technical and business acumen
- Microsoft 365 Applications and SharePoint collaboration
- Salesforce.com or other CRM software
- Oracle Enterprise Management software or comparable software
- +5 year working with On / Off Road vehicle market - OEMs
Key competencies.
- Proven OEM sales achievements within on-road and off-road marketplace.
- Success selling CAN bus interfaced products.
- Understanding of a User Experience and Industrial Design value proposition.
- Strong sales and people management skills.
- Must be very self-motivated.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess a strong customer service orientation, problem-solving aptitude.
- Must have the ability to function in a fast-paced team environment.
- Regularly required to interact with co-workers, interdepartmental personnel, customers, distributors, representatives, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Must always maintain EAO's standards of professionalism and ethics when approaching and/or interacting with key accounts, BD target accounts and colleagues.
