• Understanding the customer needs
• Translate these needs into solution designs and functional specifications for products that directly impact customers and are driving efficiency and excellence
• Continuously collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure the requirements are properly implemented into product features and delivered in high quality to our customers
• Cooperate closely with other teams within CMI, RBI and Networkunits, as well as with external clients (institutional & corporate)
• Be able to understand the end-to-end payment process of big CEE corporations
• Support test case design, UAT and definition of acceptance criteria
• Evaluate processes, proactively anticipate needs, and uncover areas for improvement

Your core competencies

• Work experience in business analysis or requirement engineering
• IT education or similar experience as business Analyst in an IT related area
• Ability to extract the necessary requirements from  alignment meetings with stakeholders and translate them into feature stories  for the developers
• First experiences in the financial or banking sector with good knowledge of payment formats and processes
• Fluent in English to collaborate with non-technical and technical stakeholders in the CEE region

Nice to have

• Experiences in testing of applications and APIs
• Hands-on experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Programming/Scripting skills
• German or CEE languages

• Salary: the offered gross yearly salary starts from 60.000,- Euro (basis full-time) including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
